It was March 2008 when I got the “call”, “You have been diagnosed with breast cancer” says the voice on the other end of the telephone. I was devastated, like my world was crashing down around me. There was nothing I could do. I was in stage 2 of my disease and would have to undergo a double mastectomy. It was terrifying! Changes were coming and they were going to be BIG. I had a successful surgery but I didn’t feel like a complete woman. Sandy’s Better fit was recommended to me by a cancer survivor. It was the best confidence booster for me. Sandy also offers camisoles post-surgery and a travel size kit containing all the supplies needed for cleaning your attachable breast form. There is a wonderful lotion/creme included, that Sandy also sells in a larger tube, which is great on your face and neck.
